Our Returns Policy:

Each one of our CDs is thoroughly tested on two different computers, for quality and ease of use. It is then carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. If a CD does not automatically open a menu on your Computer, it may be that your autorun system is disabled, or you have a MaC, in either case you can access your document by opening your CD manually from your CD drive. Please contact us if you have any questions.

If it is necessary to return or exchange an item, please Email Customer Service

Items returned must be in the same condition as they were sent.

Returns that qualify for an online merchandise credit or exchange are valid only up to 90 days from the ship date.

Returns for a refund will be credited via the original form of payment

Returns for an exchange will be sent to the original shipping address.

Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to your account (takes approximately 2-3 weeks).

If you need to return an item or gift, please repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship it to you, and enclose the packing slip and enclose a note explaining the reason for the return and the action you would like taken ( refund, credit, replacement)
